Privacy
This site sets no cookies and doesn’t track your browsing. Here is what is collected, and why.
Who is responsible
Clément Perrin, sole trader, under the trading name AbsoVision, in Reims, France. Contact: .
What the site collects
- The contact form: your need, the name and kind of your house, your website address, the timing, your message, your taste profile if you attach it, your name, your email and, if you give it, your phone number.
- To limit abuse of the form: a fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address. It is used for one hour, then deleted.
- The taste profile: your choices and comments stay in your browser. Nothing is sent until you attach them to a request. The “Start again” button erases them.
- Light or dark mode: your choice is kept in your browser. Nothing is sent.
Why
To reply to you and send a proposal, at your request: this is the basis set by article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The IP fingerprint relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the form (article 6(1)(f)). This information is never sold or used for advertising.
For how long
Three years after our last exchange. If you become a client, the period follows the contract and accounting obligations.
Who has access
Clément Perrin, and nobody else. The site and the form are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, a company based in Cyprus. Like any host, it keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the service secure.
For clients
Production relies on third-party software services, including artificial intelligence services. They receive only what the work requires. Some are located outside the European Union: transfers are covered by the safeguards set by the GDPR. The details are in the contract.
Cookies and analytics
No cookies, no analytics tools, no social media buttons. The typefaces and images are hosted on the site itself.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to restrict its use, and you can object to its use. You can also say what should happen to it after your death. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
